Use a number of level arch files for all paperwork - the latest record on top by date order.
If you dont use a payroll or an accounts package, use excel for all records.

4 Year Plan - part 1
The following is a factor of the main changes announced in the Government's 4 year plan which will affect payroll (and a few others which will affect everyone). In most cases specific details of the changes will not be known until the Budget 2011 is published on 7th December.
In addition to these changes, a new Universal Social Charge (USC) will also be introduced for 2011 which will replace the Health Levy and the Income Levy. The PRSI system will not be integrated into the USC for 2011 as originally planned, although this may happen at later date. It is not known at this time if there will be any changes in the PRSI classes or rates.
